We’re proud of the quality new homes we build throughout the DFW (Dallas and Ft Worth) Metroplex and Houston areas. To help spread the news that Camden Homes is offering new homes, we’re offering a $500 referral fee to anyone who refers a new tenant or buyer for any of our new housing developments.
For every home that closes with the people you refer to us, you will earn $500. To qualify for the $500, the person you referred must first specify with a sales agent that they were referred. The said person must then close on a Camden Home’s house via a conventional finance, in-house finance, or a lease application. You will only get paid for your referral once the person actually moves into the home, you will not get paid before.
You can take part in bringing people to a new community. We offer 3 and 4 bedroom plans with upgraded appliances included in every home we build. All of our homes feature REAL masonry with brick and stone, spacious living areas, and large yards. You also have the ability to build new with options to customize the build to cater to you and your family’s needs.
